The company is located and operating in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs. The main business and function of the company is residential real estate sales and rentals. Hoyi Property Group intends to make its mark in the luxury and high-end real estate market.

As new players we look forward to changing the face of the SA real estate industry by focusing on attracting and developing young aspirant individuals looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity in the property space to become fully qualified real estate professionals. The company believes that by having diverse practitioners’ representative of the country’s diverse people and cultures will create a real estate home which understands the needs of its clients.

About Us

Hoyi Property Group’s core business is the brokerage of luxury real estate through competent and efficient service by trained and qualified agents. The company was founded by Chwayita Hoyi, a highly skilled property broker with extensive experience in the high-end real estate market. After Having had a successful career with an International real estate company where she began her career as an intern agent and proved her mettle as one of the top performing agent’s, winning various awards and later promoted to role of Team Leader Chwayita felt it was time to venture out and offer a unique experience.
